True Thoughts Frustrations – Jodi Arias Jurors Lack of “Life or Death”

I didn’t realize until this morning how truly frustrated I am with all the tweets, TV coverage, blogs, TV physiologists, TV lawyers/ Judges, TV journalists etc., all dissecting the Jodi Arias jurors split vote for Life or Death, and most of all, the public’s crucifixion of the Jury Foreman.

Perhaps I am, one in a thousand people that truly respects that the Jodi Arias jurors were not in agreement. Now I will admit, if the split was 11-1 either way, I would have wanted the jurors to continue to work. However, with an 8/4 split, this group of dedicated men and women would never have come together.

The social and TV world feels there was no Justice for Travis, however, there was Justice for Travis. The jurors came back with Murder One and Excessive Cruelty. That has to count for something, and in my eyes, this is a WIN!

Remember, we were all in shock with the Casey Anthony jurors when they found Casey Anthony “Not Guilty.” There was no Justice For Caylee, and there will never be Justice For Caylee. However, we have Justice For Travis.

The only thing we do not have, is if we put the “cherry on the sundae” with Death, or no cherry and give her Life. Either way, Jodi Arias goes to prison and will endure either the rest of her life, perhaps 50 years until her natural death, or maybe 30 years on Death Row until her Death.

Whether Jodi Arias lives 50 years of natural Life or 30 years of voted Death, she is in prison. Most of the Jodi Arias jurors will not even be around in 30 or 50 years, including myself as an in-home juror.

There are two options in June regards to what the State of AZ can do. Do they want to start the penalty/sentence phase all over again with a new Jury, or just give Jodi Arias Life, let the Judge hand down Life, hit that gavel and move Jodi Arias to Perryville?

In my opinion, Juan Martinez just needs to let it go with Life and finish this trial with an absolute win. It is a win Juan.

If the State goes with the new jury, the jury will not experience in-depth what the first jury felt for five months. There is no way to condense five months into a few short weeks, and get the jury to come together for Death. Death is not an easy decision for anyone, although many of the followers of the Jodi Arias trial feel they can do it.

Although I do not want to break down any of the Jury Foreman’s words, but I will say this: ”If any of the jurors felt that Jodi Arias teen years were basically normal, and I say normal as she dated, she couldn’t let go when relationships ended, or showed up at ex- boyfriends houses, or held something from her ex-boyfriend so she can go back and give it to him, let’s face it folks, this is normal for so many teenagers, including myself.”

I was one of those teenagers that was possessive of my boyfriend, jealous and couldn’t let go when we broke up. I would walk by, or have someone drive me by his house in hopes of a glimpse of him. I would be so jealous when he found someone new.

I know that I am not the only women in the world, or man that went through this during the teen years. The only difference is, once I knew better, I did better. Doing better comes with maturity.

Maturity is one of the factors that Jodi Arias never was able to reach in her late teens and into her twenty’s. Jodi Arias is still stuck in her young teen ways, but used her sexuality and learned manipulation against Travis.

There are many women walking around in their twenties, thirties, forties, etc. that still use their sexuality to keep a man, manipulate a man and so forth. Some even kill their partner because they just never mentally or emotionally matured and one of them IS Jodi Arias.

I am really hoping, once finished with this statement, I can put my frustrations aside with all the public “jury-haters” and be at peace.

I pray that Travis’ family will soon find peace knowing either way, Jodi Arias will be in prison for the murder of Travis.
