George Zimmerman Trial - Day 4 - Jenna Lauer's Twitter
Note: It's time for attorney's to understand how social media works.  Lawyers will say:"ignorance of the law" is no excuse.  So if attorney's are going to bring into court a witness, defendant, or plantiff's Facebook, Twitter or any other social media account, learn how it all works, instead of "I don't know anything about Twitter or Facebook" etc.

My thoughts:
Well Rachael Jeantel was back on the stand today, with a better attitude at least for awhile.  As I listened to her today and yesterday, I will say, that I believe just about everything she stated regarding what Trayvon said to her on the phone.  The creepy-ass cracker, and nigga following Trayvon in the car, telling Trayvon to run, or hide, or Trayvon heading home and Trayvon saying to George "why are you following me".

The part with Trayvon saying to George, "why are you following me" sort of fits with what George stated.  Now Rachael Jeantel states in a deposition, she heard a punch.  On the stand she changed the "punch" to a "bump."  Could the Urban terminolgy of "bunch" mean "punch?"  Too tired to even look it up.

Either way, punch was used, so I'm running with punch.  Since George ended up with a broken nose, and George's statement state Trayvon punch him, then Trayvon punched him.  Would a sucker punch knock a person to the ground, oh most certainly it would, especially when you aren't expecting it.

Now Rachael states often on the stand, "I heard the "bump" and then the phone went dead.  However, now Rachael states she also heard "get off, get off".   Should I give this one to Rachael?  Yup, I will give it to her, because with George on the ground and Trayvon on top, then the person on the bottom would be saying "get off, get off".

Do I think George said "get off, get off", not really. If anything George would be yelling and screaming for help, or uttering a noise as his head is being smashed into the sidewalk.

I didn't get to watch about 45 minutes of her testimony from this afternoon, and will get to it and add any additional thoughts that I might have.  Rachael Jeantel has not been released from the court and is on notice that she is still under oath and could be called back to court for further testimony.

With the other 2 witnesses,  Lauer and Mora, neither of them saw from start to finish exactly what happened.  Jenna Lauer was the person on the phone with 911 when we heard the screams and shot, and Mora was a neighbor who came out and asked "what was going on".

This is why the Defense in his opening statement mentioned "we will hear bits and pieces of what happened that day, but no one saw the incident from start to finish."  This is so true, because within a second or two, positions changed of who is on top and who is on the bottom.

However, what must come into the jurors mind is that "if the person on the bottom is shot in the chest, with someone on top of him, the body will remain face up".  Witnesses stated that Trayvon was on his stomach.   So those precious seconds from Trayvon on top, George on bottom, the shot by George to Trayvon chest, Trayvon falls down on top of George and George slips out from under Trayvon, then bending over Trayvon to hold him there while cops arrive, only to see he is dead, stands up with his bloody face and bloody abrasions on the back of his head, while Trayvon laying on his stomach until the first cop comes to move him.  So important.

After listening to the Martin family's attorney's press conference, I so need medication to soothe my rattled nerves.

This is clearly more of "what's good for the goose (Trayvon racial comments) is NOT good for the gander (George saying black male).  Parks feels Trayvon is not saying racial slurs (creepy-ass cracker & nigga) about George, however. George IS racially profiling Trayvon because of "black male" in his description to the dispatcher, and George saying it twice.

I could go on and on about Parks, however, I just tweeted "PLEASE no more press conferences until the trial is OVER!"
