My thoughts:
State introduced to the jurors Greg McKinney.  He oversees the 9 cameras located at the complex where the incident took place.  It turns out that the camera at the front gate was not working.  The state showed the video from inside the clubhouse that is pointing towards the front entrance of the clubhouse, and if you watch closely, you can see headlights passing by the front doors.

It appears that the time on the camera, recording the headlights passing by the front door is off by 18 minutes.  Mantei (State) mentions the military time on the camera, however, he paused so long, he didn't have a clue what the military time conversion was for regular time.

Showing the headlights passing by the front door is telling the jurors exactly what?  Are we to think this is George Zimmerman driving by at a certain time, when the camera clock is off my 18 minutes?

O'Mara gets up and by the time he finishes with McKinney, McKinney is not even sure if the clock is off 18 minutes or more, or even less.  That went really flat.

Jonathan Good, who I believe is the Defense witness was called by the State.  This witness did not want to be on camera, and there was a motion hearing prior to the trial starting.  However, his request was denied and now he is "raw and center" for everyone to see.

Good did see the guy in the dark clothing on top of the lighter skinned person in the "white or red" clothing. Good saw the person on top's arms moving down .  He yelled out to them, and he could hear the words "help".  Good went back into his apartment to call the police, and while he is dialing the police and just a second before connected to 911 he heard the shot.

Good is the best witness so far, as he was able to see more, but he didn't actual see the shot happen as he went to call 911.

One thing for sure, Good needs to understand vertical and horizontal.  A few witness mentioned vertical when they saw Trayvon and George but that made no sense to me.  Vertical is up and down line = person standing up and horizontal is side to side line = person laying down.

O'Mara had to get Good to understand that and eventually everyone was working with horizontal.  Although on redirect, Bernie borrowed Good's water bottle, with Bernie's water bottle in hand, with both water bottles in a horizontal position to indicate the position.

Then Bernie returns Good's water bottle to him in a vertical position.  :)

State calls John Manalo.  His wife testified earlier in the week.  John didn't want his wife to get involved, but she kept watching.  John saw George on the sidewalk and had his phone to his ear.  He saw blood on George's face.

Manalo decided to take a picture of Trayvon on his stomach, dead on the grass. He took a photo of the flashlight not far from Trayvon's body. He took a photo of George's bloody face, and while George was trying to get his "land-legs" together while stooping down, Manalo took a photo of the back of George's head.

Manalo never saw the gun on George, and testified that George told him he was getting beaten up and he defended himself.

If anyone wants to be a "wannabe" cop, it would be Manalo.  Who the hell asks the person who just shot someone, what type of calibar did you use?  REALLY!

Once the cops arrived, George dropped his cellphone and asked Manalo to call his wife, since the cops were handcuffing George for their own safety.

Manalo calls George's wife (paraphrasing) "you husband has been involved in a shooting and he is being detained and will be going to the Sanford Police Department."  George tells Manalo, "just tell her I shot someone".

The State tried to twist and make what George told Manalo was more than what it actually meant.

As a woman, if I get a phone call when you start out, "your son has just been involved in a shooting" I will NOT hear anything else.  I will instantly go to my son was shot.  Since George knows his wife, he did the right thing telling Manalo, "just tell her I shot someone."

* Remember George was on his way to go grocery shopping and not out on neighborhood watch patrol.

All in all, lots of information came out from the witnesses.  George telling the EMT what happened to him, they described what he looked like when they arrived.  EMT reported on Trayvon, with what they did or could not do for Trayvon.

One of the officers noting grass on the back of George's jacket and it being wet as well as the back of his pants. Repeated what George told him about getting beaten up, yelling for help, no one helped him and he defended himself.

Even the "physician's assistant" was a good witness for George, although she saw George many hours after the incident.  She was able to see what George looked like within minutes after the incident, then a few hours later at the police station compared to what George looked like in the doctor's office.

I must say though, Bernie was panting and panting because he so wanted to say "MMA." He was so focused on waiting for the second he could spew out "MMA".  MMA - Mixed Martial Arts that his questions were off.

However, from what I understand, George was doing MMA aerobics, of which, would be something like this:
From what I can see, it is the arm and leg movements, but NOT stretch training to be able to get into a ring and fight someone.  I feel George is not even capable of moving a punching bag if he hits it.

One thing that I wish Bernie would stop doing, is asking the witnesses to describe the weather outside that evening.  He needs to leave out "SNOW" as it doesn't snow in Florida!

Until Monday ....
