My thoughts:
The only thing I have to say concerning today is, George Zimmerman's written statement, recorded interview with Singleton the evening/earlier morning after the incident, the reenactment of the incident mid afternoon day after the incident, the recorded interview again with Singleton/Serino and voice stress analysis and the Singleton/Serino recorded interview on the 29th of February 2012, all match.  It's Serino that is bringing in the racial profiling and basically doesn't believe George Zimmerman's statement.

Serino, how the hell was George suppose to know that Trayvon was holding his Ice Tea, when George stated Trayvon's hand was in his waistband?  You came to a conclusion because you know what Trayvon had.  Trust me Serino, if Trayvon was doing something suspicious and you (Serino) spotted Trayvon with his hand in his waistband, you would have your gun out instantly on Trayvon.

Serino is saying George Zimmerman sounded frustration on the non emergency call.  I didn't hear that at all unless Serino is picking on what George stated about "fucking punks" and "they always get away."

It's so easy for the cops to say to George, you could have confronted him and tell him who you are, or this, or that.  I would have stopped talking to the police.

Listening to Part 5 with Serino being concerned because George mentioned he had class the next day when Serino mentions the re-creation, however, George stated he could cancel class.  Who the hell thinks clearly when something like this happens?  Do they go to school, or stay home in a chair? So they go back to work to continue to support themselves, or just sit in a chair?

Serino focused on one discrepancy and it had to do with George fell when he was only hit once.  Why would that be so hard to believe?  Just because George was 40 pounds or so heavier than Trayvon, that doesn't mean that George would not fall when hit.

Serino thought it was odd that George didn't know the names of the street in the area.  Really?  So many times I can't remember the cross street to my street, especially since we use "numbers" for streets and avenues, etc. etc. Cross street is a number with street.  My street is a number with avenue.  You could be on say 14th Street off of 14th Avenue. Dives me crazy.

Part 5, IMO, is the BEST part of the trial day with O'Mara's cross examination of Chris Serino. At the end of the day, O'Mara got Chris Serino state to: "he felt George Zimmerman was telling the truth."

Serino basically, based on all the evidence that he had while interviewing George from other witnesses, it appeared more to be "self-defense".  So how the hell did it get to "Second Degree Murder?"

If anyone looks guilty in this trial, it is Chris Serino, the detective in charge of the case.  The reason I am saying he looks guilty because Serino basically didn't believe George.  I believe Chris Serino is no longer a detective, and is now a cop working the Midnight shift.

George Zimmerman did NOT seek an attorney and willingly spoke to the police.  I guess if George did get an attorney, he would still be in the same position he is in now.

BIG shout-out to all the court reporters - You all do an outstanding job in recording all the questions and answers.
